Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder.

Presenters:

Scott Granet, LCSW, adult and adolescent psychotherapist in Redwood City and a Co-Founder of the OCD Foundation of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Crystal Hutchinson, MFT, Director of the Residential Suites at Cordilleras Mental Health

DBT and CBT are systemic "talk" therapy approaches which have been used successfully to treat Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Borderline Personality Disorder and many other conditions, including mood, anxiety, personality, eating, substance abuse, post-traumatic and psychotic disorders. Our speakers are expert practitioners who will explain how DBT and CBT work, what results can be expected and what resources are available locally.
